Singer Bio (About Amy)

Amy Boyack

I’m Amy Boyack, and this is my singer bio.  Although we have the same name, I am not the same Amy Boyack that you can find at deseret book.  Although I have talent and a lot of potential,  I have never been published.  I perform with my sister, Kim.  I started singing when I was just a little girl, but I didn’t know what I was doing until I was about 30 years old and began to take voice lessons and became a real singer.  I realized that I had much more voice than I had previously thought.  It turns out I can sing a lot of high notes that I didn’t ever dare try before.  I taught music in the public schools for several years before I became “The Interest Exterminator“.  Now, I have more time for performing and playing with my kids and family.  I love my job because it gives me the flexibility and independence I need to be an artist as well.  This site is about what I love, music!  In this blog, I talk about singing with my sisters, piano, voice, flute, choir, music, and shows.
